Our COACHES

Fletcher McKenzie

A passionate entrepreneur and avid aviator, Fletcher decided to become a pilot at age 2, but it took a few decades to realise this dream, recently winning two National Flying competitions.

Fletcher started out training teenagers in the Air Force’s Cadet Corps. For over a decade he has trained and coached CEOs, entrepreneurs, and leaders. Fletch builds thoughtful content, facilitates workshops, leads retreats, trains and works with boards, MC of conferences, Arbinger workshops, and Lynchpyn systems including the EOS and Gazalles platforms.

He built a multi-million dollar marketing agency, receiving several Gold marketing awards. After selling this business, he created Leading Edge Media, a television production company producing the global television show, “FlightPathTV”, now on air in sixty countries, including Discovery Channel. Since then he combined his passion for flying and business building The Icarus Institute and Avgas Group, an aviation supply business and an aerial banner towing operation. He has been part of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) since 2000 - building the first New Zealand EO Chapter Board, the first EO Regional Council, and serving three years on the EO Global Board. He also served on the Auckland Air Cadet Trust, and is now serving on the New Zealand Aeronautical Trust Limited, managing nine aviation Trusts.

Fletcher is a graduate and has staffed EO’s Leadership Academy based in Washington DC, with White House Scholar Warren Rustand. He is a Master Strategic Facilitator delivering chapter strategy globally since 2007, an experienced and highly rated Global EO Forum Trainer, has a Bachelor of Business - Major Marketing & Advertising, a Graduate Diploma in Business and a Diploma in Advertising & Marketing.
